To begin this process, please email our operational support helpdesk or check the custom customer portal for immediate reimbursement setup.
02. Eligibility Framework
All application processing must be explicitly finalized before the 60-day deadline expires from the initial payment event.
Customers are required to return any remaining supply or baseline supplement bottles back to our main sorting warehouse.
Basic elements involving delivery logistics and internal processing costs are non-refundable and excluded from total settlements.
Issued funds are refunded strictly to the same payment card or financial service platform selected during initial check-out.
03. Processing Window
Once your returned package arrives at our testing station and undergoes structural verification, a payment adjustment is recorded. It typically takes between 5 and 10 corporate banking days for the credit to appear on your account statement, depending entirely on your specific banking infrastructure.
